Research On Aging-adapted Rebuilding Of Existing Residential Sanitary Bathroom Space Under Building Industrialization System

With the increasing of population aging in China,how to solve the problem of providing for the aged has become a topic of public concern,because of the immature development of China's pension industry system and the weakening of the traditional family pension function,in addition,the old people in our country are influenced by traditional concepts,home-based pension model is regarded as one of the most economical and feasible ways to solve the pension problem.The old-age care at home mainly takes the existing community residence as the place of residence,however,a large number of existing residential buildings in China have some problems,such as inadequate residential functions,backward supporting facilities,outdated decoration,and so on,these problems are particularly prominent in the bathroom space,the bathroom is also the most frequently used and dangerous place for the elderly,obviously,facing the existing problems in bathroom can not support the needs of the elderly at home for the aged.Meanwhile,the life span of a large number of existing residential buildings in China is still in existence,its demolition and construction does not conform to China's national conditions,even some of the old houses are located in the city centre because of the earlier construction period,difficulties in demolition due to land cost,demolition cost and social contradictions.Facing many problems,our country has promulgated the policy of adapting to aging for many times,and many provinces and municipalities have completed the aging adaptation transformation,basically,a simple transformation was made without changing the original building structure,however,it does not play a substantive role in housing with poor living environment.In addition,china's construction sector is gradually transforming and upgrading,the traditional decoration mode which causes serious pollution and waste of resources will soon be eliminated,assembled technology has been vigorously promoted due to its advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,will become one of the main directions of construction industry.Combining the above problems,the purpose of this paper is to improve the home life of the elderly,under the system of building industrialization,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the aging renovation of the existing residential bathroom space.This paper is based on the research of aging renovation of existing residential bathroom space under the construction industrialization system.The main contents of the study are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyses the old-age pattern,the importance of the existing residential bathroom space for the elderly and the existing problems of the renovation technology under the trend of aging in China,in addition,the status quo of existing residential bathroom space at home and abroad and the way of aging renovation are sorted out,at the same time,the development of assembly technology at home and abroad and the application of integral sanitary ware are studied;then proceed from the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly inChina,by investigating the problems left over from the construction of existing residential bathrooms in different eras,analysis on the demand of the elderly in the use of sanitary wares in existing residential buildings,to find out the shortcomings and study the aging-adapted renovation strategies and methods of existing residential bathroom;in the case of investigation,selecting the urgently needed renovation type housing of the current social demand and the future social development demand and the possible renovation type housing to carry out the research of aging adaptation renovation.Finally,I hope that through this study,the existing residential bathroom space can be adapted to aging,forming a complete,feasible and specific landing research system,provide some reference value for other similar reconstruction projects,at the same time,it also allows more elderly people to spend their old age comfortably in the home they yearn for.
