All these affairs can be handicaps reaching the real" aging in place"Aming to considering the actual situation of the elders in the re-decoration and designing houses, we summary some problems of the existing house through analysis the relationship between the living space and behavior of the old who live in the house in the view of sociology, physiology, psychology and architecture. Moreover, we integrity the old-ages’response to the living situation through the questionnaire and interview for the old and field investigation. Bringing in the theory of the Ageless Houses, we want to solve the current issues by putting forward some design comments on the security, convenience, identification, psychological, physiological, elasticity about housing and applying. We hope that though this research we can in part figure out nursing the Elders question and improve their situation of living.
