Research On Aging-Adapted Reform Strategy Of Public Space In Unit Community Based On The Idea Of Aging In Place

With the aging phenomenon becoming more and more serious in our country,the living environment and quality of life of the elderly are getting more and more attention from all walks of life.As a special product of China's planned economy period,unit community is the most basic constituent unit of urban society at that time.It has witnessed the development of urban space in China,and it is also the main residence of unit old people.With the acceleration of the aging process and the country's implementation of the home-based and community-based pension as the main pension model,the unit community in the transition stage has become an increasingly important living space for the unit elderly,and the quality of its space environment directly affects whether they can achieve the original living in peace and old age.At the beginning of unit community construction,it was influenced by the needs and planning ideas at that time,and did not consider the residents' growing living needs and pension needs.As a result,the current spatial environment of the community is difficult to meet the diversified needs of the elderly.In recent years,our country also launch a series of optimal aging transformation,the study of old community,but mostly live as a single group as the research object,research focus is more focused on optimal aging for residential interior space transformation,for this particular unit community objects,and its unique characteristics of living body,less attention material space and humanistic environment,etc.This paper takes the unit community as the research object and the former juanlao as the concept support,analyzes the main characteristics and needs of the elderly in the unit community,and studies the development and transformation of the unit community and the transformation of the material space and social network of the elderly under the background of transformation.Through field investigation,questionnaire survey and interview form community elderly attributes of different types of units,public space,research status and characteristics of the elderly activities,and understand the usage of the elderly for community public space and diversified needs,ensure the unit community optimal aging transformation not only stay in the material on the study of space environment,but also follow the principle of "based on old people",will present the unit community public space in terms of optimum senile paper summarizes the main problems,clear the focus and direction of the optimal aging transformation in the future.On this basis,this paper puts forward four principles,such as "environmental safety,scale suitability,spatial hierarchy and functional complexity",and puts forward an aging adaptation strategy for the public space of the unit community and its aging adaptation elements,so as to meet the needs of the elderly for physical space,psychological space and social space.This paper hopes to improve and improve the environmental quality of public space in the unit community by studying the transformation of public space suitable for aging in the unit community,so that the community can support the life and communication activities of the elderly to the greatest extent,improve the living environment and improve the quality of life,and finally realize the old people living in peace and security.At the same time,it is hoped to provide more reference Suggestions for the existing community public space suitable for aging reconstruction research,promote the society to pay more attention to the elderly care,and alleviate the pressure of aging on the society.
