Urban green space is regarded as a viable infrastructure in the city, as well as important components of urban comprehensive disaster-prevention space. Its evolution is from the classical one based on the religious, spiritual and cultural environment of space to modern gardens which is focused on beautifying the environment of space, leisure, entertainment. And now we begin to pay more attention to the functions of ecological improvement, prevention of risk aversion, space environment of health care. So it is particularly important for us to combine integrated green spaces with urban disaster prevention system, which can make the most of the natural advantages of the Greenland disaster risk aversion.The object of the study is urban disaster-prevention green space in Luotian. Based on urban master planning in Luotian, the conclusion can be drawn that urban disaster-prevention green space in Luotian main city zone should be built up and trimmed after analyzing the main city of natural conditions, urban space development and types of urban major hazard; after analyzing the size and layout and disaster risk aversion ability of urban green space; after analyzing the development of green spaces and urban space form factor coupling and the superposition of multiple factors.Main research achievements include:disaster-prevention green space in the main city zone is divided according to the combination of natural landscape pattern and urban spatial form and function; disaster-prevention green space in the main city zone is lain out according to three elements of point, line and plane in Luotian; typical disaster-prevention division carries out a five-line controlled planning, evacuation control programmes; import and export orientation and the support system of disaster prevention unit is also planned.
