| China is located between in the circum Pacific seismic belt and the Eurasian seismic belt which are the world’s two major seismic belts.Since the problem of the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 and urban rainfall and flood in recent years,China has paid more attention to urban disaster prevention.At present,most of the research on system of urban disaster-prevention green space of in china is focused on large and medium-sized cities,with the acceleration of urbanization,the development of small cities has ushered in new opportunities.As a flexible space for urban disaster prevention and mitigation,urban green space provides the necessary guarantee for the prevention and avoidance of urban emergency disaster.Based on the planning of green-space system of urban disaster prevention in Huaining city,the essay focus on three aspects that include the planning and layout of disaster-prevention green space,planning index of green space,Corollary equipment for green space,the achievements are as follows:1.The core of the planning and layout of urban disaster-prevention green space system is to delimit the disaster-prevention division and the grade of disaster-prevention green space.We delineate the city’s disaster-prevention division based on the size and density of population,the land use,urban master planning,and has cleared the different types and layout in divisional area.The level of disaster-prevention green is divided into three levels and one part of green belt,in the meanwhile,the four parts has a reasonable layout in each district.There are also some disaster-prevention green channels to evacuate different grades of green space,integrally formed the related whole and part to a network layout.2.The indicators of urban disaster-prevention green space planning include the size of the green space,service radius,per capita and effective disaster-prevention area,the width of the evacuated channel and the number of entrances and exits,etc.The scale of the first level for disaster prevention green space including the disaster-prevention park isn’t less than 10 hectares in small city,the service radius is from 1000 to 2000 meters,per capita and effective disaster area is 2 square meters.The scale of the second level for disaster-prevention green space scale is from 1 to 10 hectares,the service radius is 500 meters,per capita and effective disaster area is 2 square meters.The scale of the third level for disaster prevention green space the size is from 0.1 to 1 hectare,the service radius is from 200 to 300 meters,per capita and effective disaster area is from 1 to 1.5 square meters.The green evacuated channel is mainly to walk,and its width isn’t less than 7 meters.The external rescue channel must ensure a safe traffic for the vehicle and the refuge personnel,so the width is not less than 15 meters.3.The related facilities of urban disaster-prevention green space can be divided into emergency living facilities and emergency relief facilities,and should consider the peacetime combines to disaster when we make planning.Emergency living facilities are that can meet the victims to live in the normal life after the disaster,such as emergency shelter,emergency watering supply,emergency power,emergency toilet and emergency channel.Emergency relief facilities are that can meet the supplies needed after the disaster include emergency medical facilities,emergency facilities,emergency fire facilities,emergency and emergency sign.We have developed quantitative indicators to facilities.The correct choice to tree species is the focus on planning disaster-prevention green plants.4.This paper takes Huaining County as the example for the practical application of that we put the planning theory in the system planning of disaster-prevention green space in Huaining county,and finally we get the results of disaster-prevention green space system planning in Huaining county,in order to provide the reference about it for the small city of our country. |
