| When wenchuan,Yushu and other earthquakes occurred,urban green space played a pivotal role in the disaster,and almost all urban green space has a variety of rescue purposes,which also gave people a profound enlightenment.By strengthening the construction of urban disaster prevention risk and coping green space,it can not only create a good space for entertainment,rest and rest for residents,but also improve the ability of urban disaster prevention and resistance.The further opening-up and reform in our country,the development of the western economy has become a part of China’s economic development can not be replaced,Hohhot economic also obtained fast development,the corresponding also further accelerate the speed of urban construction,urban green space construction has increasingly become a top priority of the construction of the city,and the green space planning and design significance and function of the corresponding also become the focus of the field.Urban park green space disaster prevention plan has very important practical significance.Based on the related study,on the basis of theory and practice of disaster prevention safety in Hohhot an investigation of the current situation of the green space system planning,as well as to the huhhot yuquan area disaster prevention safety an investigation of the current situation of the green space construction,analysis and discuss the yuquan district urban green space construction and disaster prevention safety stronghold and the relationship between the channel,the purpose is for the local urban disaster prevention safety provides the reference for the construction of green space system.The results show that :(1)urban park green space construction does not reach the planning target;(2)Unreasonable coverage of green space for disaster prevention and hedging;(3)The evacuation and disaster relief channel system is not perfect;(4)All levels of risk aversion green space facilities are poor.In view of the problems in the construction of green space system for disaster prevention and hedging in yuquan district,the following opinions and suggestions are put forward :(1)as the construction of park green space and square land has not reached the planning target,it is necessary to speed up the process of improving the urban green space system construction in yuquan district;(2)The coverage of green space for disaster prevention and risk aversion is unreasonable,and the existing green space should be investigated and analyzed to find the perfect green space suitable for disaster prevention and risk aversion.In addition,yuquan District,as an old urban area,has a small number of green space and a large flow of people,so it should focus on reconstruction and construction of green space for disaster prevention and risk aversion.(3)Effectively connect the green space for disaster prevention and hedging with the passageway for evacuation and rescue,carry out reasonable planning,and meet the requirements of evacuation and rescue roads in terms of quantity and width;(4)Some green space that can be used as green space for disaster prevention and risk aversion is not perfect enough,so we need to communicate with relevant departments to gradually improve them and build them into green space that can effectively prevent disaster and risk aversion.. |
