Studies On The Disaster-prevention Green Space Planning In Qujing City

On the basis of detailed analysis of the domestic and international cities’disaster-prevention green space planning and construction of origin and development,theoretical results, practical experience and domestic disaster-prevention green spaceresearch, we learn from foreign and domestic shortcomings in summing up in citydisaster-prevention green space theory research and practice, which has played an guidedrole in the construction of Qujing city’s disaster-prevention green space theory. At the sametime, we systematically study the main content of the aspect of structure of the city, fromthe perspective of disaster-prevention green space classification planning, infrastructureplanning, disaster plant planning, phased construction planning, which makes a macroguidance on the implementation and construction of the next step disaster-prevention greenspace planning. The main research contents and results:(1)According to the urban master planning partial adjustment in Qujing city and urbangreen planning in Qujing city, the planning of disaster-prevention green space in Qujingcity should be positioned reasonably, and the range, population, scale, target of theplanning should be ensured. We adhere to the comprehensive disaster prevention principle,the integration of city planning principle, the principle of ordinary park transformation, theintegrated design principle, the principle of safety and the humanism principle and so on.We should combine the “Point-line-surface”forms to form “one-nuclear, eight-heart,thirty-three spots and fifty-four galleries” layout structure of disaster-prevention greenspace.(2)Based on the number of overall planning of population, the density areas and theservice radius of shelters, we devide the planning into five city disaster-prevention partitionunits, which facilitates the planning implementation and management. In addition, thedisaster-prevention green space plannings in Qujing city should be made a classificationplanning, which are the central disaster-prevention parks, the fixed disaster-preventionparks, the emergency and disaster-prevention green space, the evacuation passageway (theemergency access, disaster-prevention access), the buffering isolation green belt and theother emergency refuge resources and so on. The sum should be planned qualitatively,quantitatively, positioningly. According to the each planning principles, using for reference the domestic and foreign research results and related standards, we study the scale,distribution, main technical index of disaster-prevention green spaces.(3)We plan all kinds of disaster-prevention green spaces, whose number is forty-two.There exist thirty-three emergency and disaster-prevention green spaces, eight fixeddisaster prevention parks, one central disaster-prevention park, fifty-four evacuationchannels, thirty-six disaster-prevention roads, eighteen provide-disaster-relief roads,10buffering isolation green belts,other emergency refuge resources35,29hectares. As of theplanning end,725800people could take refuge in the emergency shelter and648400people could restore their basic life during the recovery and reconstruction period.(4)Further more, we make a detailed research and discussion about the disasterprevention green interior architecture and facilities as well as the plant configurations andtypes of disaster-prevention green space. The interior of building in disaster preventiongreen space were zoning planning in disaster prevention form the perspective of disasterprevention of building in disaster prevention. Through the investigation of present greenplant in Qujing city, we analyse current situation and problems of plants arrangement fordisaster-prevention green space, from the perspective of disaster prevention, disasterprevention and disaster reduction. On the basis of disaster plant configuration and planningprinciples as well as the current issues, we analyse the configuration method ofdisaster-prevention plants and the choice of plant species to deal with different disaster,from the perspective of fire prevention, earthquake prevention, flood prevention， windprevention, bacteriostasis prevention and so on.(5)Regarding disaster-prevention green space facilities planning, we divide it intothree categories as followings, the infrastructure (includes the emergency water facilities,the mergency power supply, the emergency toilet, the emergency blowdown facility, themedical care and health and epidemic prevention facilities, the emergency signs and so on),the general facilities (includes the emergency material storage facilities, the emergencymanagement facilities and the emergency fire facilities), the comprehensive facilities(includes the emergency shelter area and the emergency parking apron), in addition, werespectively elaborate the matching method, the content and main points of each subclassfacilities.
