China was a country with much disaster for a long time. With the development of cities, the case that the cities faced the disaster were more and more terrible, and the city green land was of the function of not only landscaping, ecology improving, recreation and entertainment, cultural education but also disaster-prevention. At present, both of the theory study and the practical activity at home were a certain distance from foreign countries.Through the much paper on the disaster in cities, the disaster-prevention plan and the disaster-prevention green land, the cases about disaster-prevention green land were analyzed deep. On the base of the people's action after disaster happened, the system of the city disaster-prevention green land of the city were construed, and the disaster-prevention green land and evacuated road must be graded. Accordingly, the index system was formed. Thus, the main content of the disaster-prevention green land system planning could be confirmed.The conclusions were including as:(1) The disaster-prevention green land system were made up of the first disaster-prevention point, the second disaster-prevention point, evacuating road, assisting road and separating green land. (2) The city disaster-prevention green land could be divided into the center emergency shelter, the regular emergency shelter, and urgent emergency shelter, and the evacuating roads were divided into the road from dwelling district to urgent emergency shelter and the road from urgent emergency shelter to regular emergency shelter and to center emergency shelter. The assisting roads were the other cities from which to assist it. (3) The indexes must be reached followed as: the average area per person in center emergency shelter and regular emergency shelter was 1.5-2m2, and in the urgent emergency shelter was 1-1.5 m2. The evacuating roads around the emergency shelter must be more than 2 ways, and the width must above and beyond 5 m. The roads around the regular and center emergency shelter must be more than 4 ways, and reach the width of 15m.(4) The main content of the disaster-prevention green land plan were including as:the system of the plan work, the plan content, the place plan, the road plan and the separating green land plan. The system of plan work was made up by the survey and evaluation, the plan system and management system. The content of plan was including as:the general situation and the evaluation, the plan meaning, the plan basis, the time limit of plan and so on.On the ground of our country with many people and limited green land, the future tense may be that:the disaster green land and the green land at save time could be combined with at urgent time, and used the multifunction technology and methods.
