In recent decades, the steel structure in industrial, civil, commercial building got rapidderdevelopment, but the current steel structure engineering is only in its infancy, the next twentyyears will be China’s steel structure of fast growing, steel structure will become the pillarindustry in china. Through a comprehensive analysis of the steel structure, steel structurequality management status of quality accident reasons of steel structure, and their advantagesand disadvantages, I combined steel structure production center of construction quality ofsteel structure project management research is very necessary.In this paper, to steel steel rolling workshop steel structure engineering project as theresearch background, the use of total quality management theory, the three stage theory ofquality control, process control theory, process quality control theory, the PDCA cycle, qualitymanagement and control theory on the basis of full recognition, steel structure engineeringconstruction management and construction work, throughout the process, set up a total of fivewitness the quality control point and quality control point of a stop, determine the weldingprocedure, welding of H steel production as the key to the process and special procedures asthe focal point of quality control. In the welding of H steel manufacturing processoptimization process using the analytic hierarchy process, choose a suitable for iron and steelstructure production center of the optimal scheme.In the production of steel structure engineering quality management and control inconstruction preparation stage, on the human factors, mechanical tools and equipment factors,material factors, engineering technology factors, environmental factors and so on fiveconstruction factor of production control, for welded H section steel, welding two keyprocedures to control the focus. Through the PDCA cycle, control of nonconforming product,corrective and preventive measures, data analysis, achieves the enterprise quality continuousimprovement. On steel crane beam welding quality improvement process, through theanalysis of current situation, determine the quality, develop and implement strategies tobecause of, the steel crane girder welding qualified rate increased significantly, reaching morethan98%.On the general quality control process at the same time, take effective measures on keyprocedures to control the focus, so as to guarantee the engineering quality in a controlled state.The project’s193steel columns and304steel crane girder and other important component bya qualified acceptance, more than2meters one or two penetration weld nondestructivedetection qualified, the supervision departments sampling are consistent with the design and specifications.The research on the steel structure construction engineering quality management be ofgreat advantage, which can be used for reference...
