With the great national development of innovative industry, numerous technical creative industry parks emerge across the country. Based on the design of architecture and planning of Jiangning science park of Nanjing University and the research methods of case study and space syntax analysis, this thesis mainly focuses on some issues in design of technical industry parks and corresponding solutions with city wide strategies, urban development frameworks, master plan, area action plans, public spaces and buildings in order to provide reference for the design of similar science parks.Guiding principle of design is:1. The science park must manifest the modernized campus’s characteristic, the planning, building and the facility campus, wants moderately in advance, manifests certain foresightedness, tallies the utilization of idea, the advanced function as well as modern advanced material new century scientific research request, manifests the time the characteristic. Fuses successful experience of Chinese and foreign park project, the science park appears the modern campus’s artistry, serviceability and efficiency.2. The plan and construction of Jiangning Science Park should manifest the beautification and garden-like characteristic. Pay great attention to the campus planning’s rationality and scientific nature, and protect and create good afforestation environment, the campus is not only a rigorous R&D institution, but also an exquisite park.3. The planning and design of Jiangning Science Park should manifest the ecotype and environmental protection characteristic. Must give full play to the environmental protection and energy conservation material, take advantage of the peripheral environmental resource reasonably, with the ingenious idea and the careful design, build the unique campus landscape, achieve the human and natural harmony with blending. Maintain the balance of ecology, maintain science parks each stage excellent surroundings and construction is organic. The new park project should respect the environment, and humanist; create the ecology campus with adaptation species, functions and activities. The idea concrete reflection of ecology campus manifest the ecology idea of the greenwood, lawn and water body’s campus environment, as well as the campus greenwood annulus and function and transportation of ring circuit construction the adaptation function multiplicity, the species richness and activity venue’s that multiplicity the link displays.This article first chapter of introduction analyzes the geographical superiority and project background that the project is. The second chapter elaborated process of research, research technique that the project objective and uses. The third chapter has conducted the correlation analysis research, summarizes the corresponding viewpoint, has very good inspiration to the design. The fourth chapter is the plan design of project, including the function composition, the concept of plan design, the assembly drawing design and onotechnical norms, considered that the development succession, a choice land parcel carries on the plan design and architectural design as the first issue of the land. The fifth chapter penetrates into the monomer design of construction, starts from the function composition and spatial type of construction monomer, and has analyzed the core tube position regarding wide-open office space the influence of visual concordancy, has studied the different office space use pattern, finally completes the design of construction monomer. The sixth chapter is the design explained that mentality of introduction design.
