It is Relatively remote and far away from raw material base and product market.which needs transport raw material and product into and out of panzhihua continuously, so the North Station of Panggang carries a large number of freight transportation every day. But it will always appear safety accidents and some illegal behavior in the busy shipping operations, which causes great casualties and production interruptions, has a bad effect on normal production order.Study the freight transportation safety management and find out the key points for freight transportation safety, focus on the key points in strengthening the management at the level of safety management of freight station has a very positive reality significance. Firstly the paper introduce the north station of panggang, especially in freight transportation, including the flow of freight transportation and the key points which influence the safety in each type of freight operations process. Secondly, the paper chooses five typical inertial accidents and four major accident from nearly3years in pangang to analyze the cause of the accident, and summarize the cause of the safety accident from the typical, deduce the factors of influencing the safety of freight transportation, statistic all the cause of the accident in nearly3years, arrange the cause of the accident by important degree from big to small. Clear and definite the cause of the accident which leads to safety accident easily in the of all the station. Thirdly, the evaluation for each type of goods transportation at the security level and integral level of freight transportation safety. which adopts the FAHC. It is a quantitative evaluation not only to the station of the overall level of management, but also to each type of goods transport security level, it has a quantitative calculation and comparison on the influence factors of each category of freight transportation safety in the process of performance evaluation.The advantages and disadvantages is clear at a glance through the calculation of the overall management of the station and specific each type of freight management.
