Road Freight Vehicle Safety Management Methods Of Laiwu City

The safety of road goods transportation is the important foundation in theregional economic production and social development. The vehicle safety isinfluenced by many facts, such as the drivers’ technical conditions, the vechiles’performance, road traffic environment and enterprise’s safety management level.Therefore, only starting from the factors that affect the operation of freight vehiclesafety and comprehensively strengthening the goods transportation safetymanagement, the prevention purposes of freight vehicle traffic accident could berealization.This paper is studied from the traffic accident analysis and the freight enterprise’ssafety management. The author researched the safety management of road cargotransport vehicles in Laiwu city, and the main content is as follows:(1) Freight vehicle’s general operation characteristics are analyzed, and the bendsections as the typical representative is studied in detail. This paper also analyzed offreight vehicles on curve in the process of trajectory and the speed characteristics.(2) On the basis of road traffic accident data, this paper introduces theassociation rules algorithm thought, gives important degree of attribute values offreight vehicles and the calculation method of important degree of each attribute andprovides the foundation method of in-depth analysis of freight vehicle traffic accidentcauses.(3) From the perspective of urging freight enterprise to strengthen theconstruction of safety management system,the paper combines with thecharacteristics of road freight, puts forward the systematic, comprehensive andpractical safety evaluation, established safety checking inventory and evaluationmodel, and thus provides the basis and tools for freight enterprise to strengthen production safety management and industry management department for safetyinspection comparison of freight enterprise.(4) On the basis of the successful management experience at home and abroadfor reference, and from the enterprise safety management system, enterprisemanagement incentives, driver safety management and vehicle safety managementfour aspects, the paper puts forward and perfects the goods transportation safetymanagement system in Laiwu city.The paper’s research methods and conclusions can provide references for thedaily safety management of road transportation management department.
