Railway,as one way of an important transportation, had certain competitive advantagefor its large traffic, safe and reliable, low transportation cost in the field of transportation.In recent years, by the driven of increasingly fierce competition in domestic transportationindustry,our railway departments were also obviously strengthening the railway safetysupervision in order to maintain the leading position in the field of transportation.The freight train overloading and unbalanced loading detecting equipment was adevice of testing overloading and unbalanced loading and weighting,and was an importantpart of railway freight transportation measurement safety detecting system. At present ourcountry’s train running speed was largely promoted and electrified railway was largelyopened, the higher request for goods loaded and reinforced were proposed,so the freighttransportation safety’s position in the railway transportation were highlighted increasingly.According to current measurement condition,to ensure the train safe,many dynamicelectronic railway scales and overloading and unbalanced loading detecting equipmentswere installed on the online to test the state of the overload and unbalance for the goods.Now although the railway scales and overloading and unbalanced loading equipmentsplayed an important role in the railway freight transportation safety, they were notcombined well with both advantages.The paper presented a new scale freight trainoverloading and unbalanced loading detecting equipment,it can combine with the functionof railway scale’s high weighing precision and overloading and unbalanced loadingequipments’ unbalanced weighting,in order to improve the detection precision and reducethe purpose of railway investment.Firstly,the paper of the research situation at home and abroad and development trendof dynamic electronic railway scales and overloading and unbalanced loading detectingequipments were introduced.And the subject’s research background, the significance andmain research content were illustrated,then the technical requirements,component andprinciple of the system were introduced in this paper.At last, the mathematic model of thesystem was built and made analysis.Secondly, the hardware circuit-signal regulate circuit of the system was mainlydescribed,and each unit of the circuit was done detailed instructions,and the amplifier,filter, A/D conversion function of the sensor signal was completed.All the hardware partthat was made into four parts,the power modules, amplifier module, filter modules andA/D module was illustrated,then the each module of the device, work process and the rolein the system were explained. Thirdly,the factors and improvement measures that affected the accuracy of the signaldetection circuit were analyzed and explained,and three main factors which were thetemperature, interference and bridge voltage stability as the influence of measurementcircuit were indicated.Then many improvement methods were listed in order to improvethe precision of the testing circuit.Fourthly,the software part of the system were briefly introduced,mainly including thesystem of weighing algorithm, the flow chartof program,the function of the system, theoperation results of system.Lastly,the research content of the whole system were summarized,and the direction ofthe research work to the next step was pointed out.
