Design And Implementation Of Illumination System For Detecting Damaged Vehicle Pavement

This paper at home and abroad on the testing equipment of damaged road lighting system is studied deeply, detection of pavement damage existing lighting system too low, uneven illumination, shadows, light heat problems, short life and heavy structure, inconvenient repair and other problems. Therefore, this paper designed a vehicle type pavement damage detection lighting system, the system using integrated miniature structure design, integrated liquid circulation cooling system, and reasonable combination and control design of the LED light source, to compensate for the lack of detection of pavement damage lighting system at home and abroad. The main research works are as follows:Firstly, this paper has analyzed the research status of detecting managed pavement lighting system at home and abroad, according to the common problems, designed a vehicle type pavement damage detection lighting system based on high power LED. This paper introduces the basic knowledge and basic principle of the optical system, the LED light emitting principle, optical properties and selection are introduced, and according to the actual need, the LED light source for the two time light distribution design and LED lamp combination design, through the rational layout of LED lamps and light intensity superposition to achieve the system requirements of the light source illumination and the illumination distribution.Secondly, according to the actual needs of system arrangement and combination of LED light source, lamp holder structure of the lighting system of 3D structure design, solve the road detection of uneven illumination, shadows and other problems through reasonable arrangement of light source and integral lamp holder adjustment. At the same time in order to improve the cooling efficiency of the light source, prolong the service life of the light source, also designed the integral liquid circulation cooling system, the cooling system has the advantages of small volume, light weight, convenient installation and repair.Thirdly, the scheme and hardware lighting control system is designed, the hardware circuit mainly includes the main circuit design of LED driving power and driving power supply order on-off circuit design, and is producing and welding of the PCB board, and gives the driver physical map, finally, set up the experimental platform for testing, including the lamp holder sealing test, liquid cooling system test, lighting system illumination adjustment and test.This paper on pavement damage illumination system for detecting the mechanical structure, control scheme and the hardware circuit design, and set up the experimental platform for experiment system, to verify the reliability of the illumination system, the system meet the design requirements, greatly improving the pavement crack detection in the image quality and the detecting precision, with strong engineering application value.
