Shenhua Group rooted in China?s Shanxi,Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia area,has constructed a large number of railways.Among them,Baoshen railway is the first freight line built by Shenhua Group,which is responsible for the important mission "West-East Coal Transportation" of Ordos and Shaanxi coal mine.Shenhua Group is a comprehensive energy company with production,transportation and marketing integration.According to the long-term development needs of the group,Shenhua has implemented the policy of "reducing cost and increasing efficiency" in recent years,and improved the management level of "slimming and keeping fit".Based on its own objective factors,the Baoshen Railway Company actively responds to the requirements of the development and reform of state-owned enterprises and implements "reduce cost and increase efficiency" measures.With the increasing railway mileage and freight volume of Baoshen railway,it becomes more and more urgent to solve the problems such as the large vehicle cycle time and the tight transportation capacity.As the core loading area of Shenhua railway,it is of great significance to solve these practical problems existing in Baoshen railway.How to plan the traffic organization of the loading area,optimize the specific operation links,find out the specific limiting factors,and establish a high-quality transportation mode is the main significance of this paper.This paper first analyzes the existing situation of Baoshen railway station technical operation conditions,section passing capacity and locomotive operation condition;Then,it introduces the basic principle organization of traffic flow in the loading area of heavy haul railway,and analyzes the content and scheme of traffic flow organization in the loading area;Secondly,based on the introduction of costs and benefits of the loading area and the operation process in the transportation,takes the maximum total transportation revenue and the minimum train turnover time of all the routes in the loading area as the optimization objectives,the loading capacity of the station and the passing capacity of the section and the uniqueness of the train formation as the constraints.Then,it constructs the optimization model of the train operation scheme in the loading area of the multi-path overloading railway transportation plan.Finally,on the basis of the existing types of heavy-duty train operation and the nature of technical operation of the station,this paper established an optimization model of train flow organization of Baoshen railway.Then,using lingo software to solve the model;andthrough the sensitivity analysis of the influence of several important parameters in the optimization scheme on the train operation scheme,we find out the limiting factors of the objective function. |
