China's energy saving and emission reduction work is being actively carried out, energy-saving of heating system is the focus of energy saving and emission reduction, heating system pipe network hydraulic disorder and the prevalence of heat medium heat in a large loss during transmission and distribution, in order to make the indoor temperature reaches the end user requirements, and increase the water in circulation system, resulting in "big flow, small temperature difference", and substantial waste of energy. For part of the user's building envelope for energy saving, its need for fewer heat than before, so that needs to be appropriate for the transformation of the network to reach the energy saving effect. Therefore, in this case, how to improve the water pipe network conditions, reducing the heat transmission and distribution losses, improve the heating quality, to meet customer needs without wasting energy, win-win situation, should be considered in the heating engineering.We conducted an investigation in Xinjiang Medical University, and get a lot of raw data, and were analyzed. During the 2009-2010 heating season, the operating condition of five secondary heating networks were tested, measures in the test meet the " Standard for Energy Efficiency Inspection of Heating Residential Buildings" (JGJ132-2001) , obtained the supply and return water temperature, flow, and data was processed to calculate the secondary pipe network hydraulic balance, transmission efficiency, and the rate of makeup water, and with the required value in the " Standard for Energy Efficiency Inspection of Heating Residential Buildings" (JGJ132-2001 ) for comparison and found that the pipe network hydraulic imbalance is very serious, the transmission efficiency of the pipe network can not meet the requirements. And the building envelope for energy saving of the user, hydraulic balance before and after the transformation were compared, found that after transformation, hydraulic imbalance is more serious, so with building envelope renovation, the pipe should also be followed for energy saving. According to the actual requirements of Xinjiang Medical University, South secondary pipe network, for example, proposed three kinds of programs to improve the hydraulic imbalance, considered technical economic analysis of these three kinds of programs, combined with the actual situation in South pipeline network to determine the optimal solution, that is balance valve be installed in water supply pipes or the back of each entrance in the heating pipe network. For transmission efficiency, the main method is to re-add insulation layer on the exposed pipe, and the leaks to be repaired.This article is also based on the current South pipe network hydraulic imbalance caused by energy loss and the distribution of heat loss, energy-saving analysis of the economic, environmental and social benefits after energy-saving of the network.Finally, based on the information obtained in this research and measured, advanced some of the problems should be pay attention to during energy-saving in the network.
