Chinese shipbuilding industry had become the first rank of the world since2010,as we had achieve surmountion in shipbuilding completions,hand-hold contracting order and new contracting order.However,compares with shipbuilding powerful nation such as Japan and South Korea,we have big disparity. The backwardness in management mode of plan, extensive management, planning guidance is poor, and thus lead to the production cycle is long, project period delayed seriously, occupancy of inventory is high. This is clearly can not meet with the requirements of the development of the situation which ask the shipbuilding enterprises.As the difference of manufacture characteristics causes disparity,we need to carry out digital shipbuilding technology urgently to strengthen our competitive power.Based on eM-plant software,build virtual pipeline of piecewise manufacturing workshop by taking a shipyard domestic as blueprint.It can simulate the process without consuming any physical materials.By analysing the rationality of production planning according to the simulation,forecast the enforceability of scheduling,and help shipyard make decision about scheduling and optimizating.It helps to improve the productivity of shipbuilding and save the cost during actual production process. It can be divided into the following main sections:In the first two chapters introduce the generation of marine engineering project management fundamental research,carries on the comprehensive system’s summary and analysis to the modern marine engineering project management.It studies how to carry on the control of marine engineering plan based on analyse the essentials of modern shipbuilding engineering plan formulation.Through further study of marine engineering planning control,conduct the theoretical research to marine engineering project management’s method,enhance the project management’s level.In the third chapter studies the dispatch of production planning in piecewise manufacturing workshop.Describe the problem and analysis influential factor based on the study of production ordanizational form in piecewise manufacturing workshop;bank on the basic concept and application conditions of computer simulation technology,analyse the possibility of using this method in production planning and control of workshop. In the forth chapter carries on the function introduction to simulation software as eM-plant,design Production Planning Simulation for workshop,determine the modeling object by the structure of piecewise production pipeline,put up the model,determine the objects’parameters setting within it.Induce production task to operate after the model is done,confirm the performability of it.In the fifth chapter analysis the simulation of production plan scheduling.Take practical production planning into the model to operate based on the study of production plan scheduling’s methods,research the effects of production plan scheduling and personnel turnover,take comprehensive evaluation.
