Mass production planning is one of the most important links implemented in the manufacturing system.In order to adapt to the production mode of manufacturing enterprises and the dynamics of the external market environment,this article focuses on the integration and optimization of production batch and scheduling of automobile synchronizer enterprises.From the perspective of reducing the total cost of production,optimizing resource allocation and improving production efficiency,the construction and solution methods of enterprise production batch and scheduling integrated models under different environments have been studied in depth.The main research contents of this article include:(1)For the multi-project and multi-planning period synchronizer core parts mass production planning problem,this paper aims at the lowest total production cost of core parts and adopts the branch and bound method to carry out the model.(2)Aiming at the integration optimization problem of synchronizer multi-level production batch and mixed flow shop scheduling,this paper establishes a mixed integer programming model that integrates synchronizer multi-level production batch planning and scheduling.(3)Aiming at the integrated optimization problem of synchronizer multi-level production batch size and scheduling under uncertain environment,this paper establishes a chance-constrained programming model based on fuzzy credibility measure and proposes a de-blurring method based on fuzzy sets and credibility theory.(4)Taking the actual mass production and scheduling of a synchronizer manufacturer as an example,this paper further analyzes and verifies the feasibility of the model and solution method constructed in this paper.This paper also analyzes the impact of the corresponding parameter changes on decision makers by solving the model.This can provide a theoretical basis and reference value for enterprises to formulate actual production batch plans to a certain extent.
