For the characteristics of space large-scale thin-walled structural parts to be divided into pieces,single pieces,small batches,non-continuous processing and processing-detection alternately carried out,this artic le adopted a work center group to analyze the production process.That is,the workshop organizes production in the form of a work center during the processing.Each work center contains production equipment with the same or similar functions,and different work centers are relatively independent in the production process.It is also determined by the production process whether the work centers are related to each other.From the production process to determine the characteristics of such enterprises with flexible production methods,that is,the enterpris e planning and scheduling problems with complexity,uncertainty and randomness.Based on the above features,this paper establishes an integrated system of production planning and scheduling based on manufacturing technology by using the structure tree,dynamic critical path method,minimization of idle time(LSF)processing and decision support and dynamic scheduling.The system to minimize the completion time,maximize equipment utilization as the goal,and for the relevant management personnel to provide analytical reports and decision support.In view of the traditiona l task of top-down hierarchic al decomposition is not conducive to the tas k of dynamic scheduling analysis and simple tasks as a whole led to the tas k of dynamic scheduling is very complicated drawbacks,resulting in the planning layer does not take into account the constraints of the scheduling layer.Therefore,this paper decomposes the tasks from the top to the bottom,and then uses the LSF,the dynamic critical path method and the method of adjusting the priorities from bottom to top and uses the dynamic Gantt chart to achieve the effect of decision support so as to realize the dynamic scheduling based production Planning and scheduling of integrated.In the concrete realization,the system uses the decision support,the knowledge base,the optimization algorithm,the virtual inventory,and the Java Web technology to build a human-computer interaction applicatio n platform to achieve good interactivity,visual intuition and analysis and decision convenience.Finally,combining with the scheduling problem in a specific project,we verify that the proposed system not only simplifies and efficient ly solves the problem,but also considers the production capacity of the work center,the production relations between the work centers,the equipment capacity and the completion time in turn,The effect of dynamic scheduling and decision support plays a good role in improving and adjusting the random disturbances in the scheduling process so that the planning and scheduling problems of flexible work shop can be improved so that the planning and scheduling layers are both independent and not With high coupling,but also allow the two organic dynamic combination.
