Research On Performance Evaluation Of Offshore Engineering Equipment Manufacturing Project From The Perspective Of Contractor

With the changing on the international economic trends,land engineering projects are becoming saturated,and the momentum of development has gradually transferred to the exploration and development of the field of offshore engineering.In the 21 st century,the influence of our country’s maritime development strategy has been significantly increased.The offshore engineering equipment industry is precisely the emerging industry with high-tech added value formed under this changing trend,which will become the foundation and important guarantee for my country’s all-round implementation of the marine economic development strategy.Project performance evaluation can not only sort out the progress of the project,but also realize effectively monitoring and find the weakness in the project execution process.Therefore,how to construct an appropriate project performance evaluation system to achieve targeted performance improvement is really necessary.By comparing to the results of relevant literatures at home and abroad,this thesis explains the differences between offshore engineering equipment manufacturing and traditional equipment manufacturing,and the concept of project performance evaluation.Stakeholder theory is the theoretical model of the bridge.From the perspective of the project contractor,using expert interviews and questionnaire surveys to fully understand and analyze the current performance of P company,put forward to accurate qualitative and quantitative indicators,and build a performance evaluation system suitable for offshore engineering equipment projects.Expert scoring and entropy weight method are used to comprehensively make out the value of the index.Finally,this a applies the constructed evaluation model to two projects of P company for empirical testing.Convert the scores into a percentile system to make out the level of project evaluation results.The scores of the two projects under the evaluation system are lower than the actual scores,that is,the built evaluation system standards are more stringent,which is conducive to discovering the shortcomings in the project implementation process so as to take performance improvement measures.It also further explains the construction of this thesis.The feasibility and applicability of the performance evaluation system has reference significance for the improvement of the level of project performance management in the relevant industry.
