On the basis of the previous investigation, the study was carried out in the Wulagai wetland nature reserve from2010to2011. Including the field investigations, sample collection, appraisal classification, the number of family, genus, species statistics, sorting and analysis.According to the compartmentalizing criterion of Peiyun Fu’s "Areal-types of Seed Plants Species in North East China" and Zhengyi Wu’s "Areal-types of the world families","genera of seed plants in China", to analysis the family, genus, species of plants in Wulagai wetland nature reserve of geographical composition. Plant life form and ecotype characteristics are mainly according to the division type of Yuquan Ma’s "the Inner Mongolia plant record ", Zhengyi Wu’s "Chinese vegetation" and Tingcheng Zhu’s "plant ecology ", to divide and statistik plants in Wulagai wetland nature reserve. Through the data access, according to the plant resources use classification of Baohe Dai’s "the wild plant resources study", to.statistik and classify plants in Wulagai wetland nature reserve. The conclusions are as follow:(1)The plants in Wulagai wetland nature reserve had66families,246genus and533species, of which gymnosperm involved2families,2genus and2species, angiosperm involved63families,243genus and530species, and ferns involved1family,1genera, and1species.(2)The life form of Wulagai wetland nature reserve was dominated by perennial herb, total401species, accounted for75.23%. In plant water ecological types, mesophytes were the large proportion in plants of reserve, total350, accounted for65.66%. Followed by xerophytes.(3) The phenomenon of dominant families and species were obvious, dominant families tended to focus on two large families, such as Compositae, Gramineae, and six larger families, such as Leguminosae, Chenopodiaceae, Polygonaceae, Ranunculaceae, Cyperaceae, Rosaceae. Dominant species tended to focus on large specy Compositae and larger specy Gramineae. The floristic geographic composition in this area was complex. The temperate zone distribution type in three level of families, genera and species had obvious advantages, i it meanted to show again the flora belonged to temperate nature.(4)There were many kinds of plants in Wulagai wetland nature reserve, it contained rich plant resources, including forage plants, medicinal plants, edible plants, ornamental plants and industrial plants.
