Education is the cornerstone of national prosperity and development, teacher education is thefundamental to the quality in teacher-training. In recent years, China has issued a series of policiesto enhance the quality of pre-service teacher education. Among these policies, to strengthen thepre-service teacher’s practice is an particularly essential tool.Teachers’ knowledge is an importantpart in literacy, and practice on the development of knowledge plays an irreplaceable role,particularly, as we know, PCK as the most effective knowledge of the teachers, is more closelyrelated with the practice.This study which selected pre-physics teacher optical PCK as the main research focuses on thisform of practice, focused on factors affecting PCK. This study, based on solid literature, witheffective measurement tools, measured the physical Normal School Students’ optical PCK beforeand after the practice, Compareed with the two different stages of the objective status quo, analysedthe influence of practice to the optical PCK development, trying to explore possible causes andprovided some targeted recommendations.The dissertation consists of seven chapters: chapter Ⅰintroduced the existing research,combined with the theoretical basis of PCK, combing the domestic and international researchliterature on the optical PCK, put forward the purpose and significance of this study.Chapter Ⅱ is the core idea of this study,and the process design of the optical body ofknowledge and curriculum knowledge as the main content is certained too.Chapter Ⅲ analyzed the study of pre-measurement and preparation phase, based on the opticalconcept,the initial test questionnaire was taken, with the2007normal school students asrespondents,analyse the difficulties faced and changed the questionnaire.Chapter Ⅳ described part of the status quo of optical body of knowledge before practice.Measured in08normal school students before and after the practice, focusing on description of thestudents’ status quo of the optical body of knowledge before practice, the chapter concluded that thefactor analysis model of the optical body of knowledge before practice.Chapter Ⅴ discussed the data of the practice after,compared with the difference of the opticalbody Knowledge before and after practice, and found the main factors to affect the PCK ofthe optical body of knowledge some of these changes.Chapter Ⅵ contained the optical course knowledge test and the concept map,compared withthe status quo of optical course knowledge before and after practice. The chapter Ⅶ is the conclusion.wiht analyzing the optical PCK structure of practice beforeand after practice, but in the continuous development.Therefore, the independent practice and thelocation of the practice school has a significant effect on the the optical PCK formation of NormalSchool Students. Based on the analusis of causes displayed in the questionnaire, the chapter putforward some effective proposals to promote physical Normal Students PCK development at last.
