China's private economy has become an importantnational economic growth. The private enterprises have become maintain nationaleconomy to last growth, maintain social stability, increase the employment.It hasbecome a force army which conforms to the reform of state-owned enterprise. But withthe acceleration of the globalization process, more and more foreign enterprisesenter the Chinese market, which squeeze the survival space of many domestic privateenterprises, especially household company badly damaged. Therefore, promote thedomestic private enterprises competitiveness become imminent. With foreign privateenterprises successful transformation of comparative study, scholars found thatprivate enterprises must become professional, to enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises. In reality, our private enterprises have also been trying to becomeprofessional. For example, they introduce occupation manager or scientificmanagement, but the result is not satisfactory. Why?Enterprise competitiveness is affected by many factors, internal factors andexternal factors. External factors include system environment, national policy,market structure, which are the common factors, and can't control. The internalfactors include price, cost, quality, brands, services, enterprise system,management technology, human capital,entrepreneur and innovation ability. They arethe individual factors, and can't control. But the entrepreneur is the corer.Entrepreneur divided into occupation manager and boss. This article is from the ownerentrepreneurs as a starting point, analyze the existing problems, the reasons andsolve the problem, in order to enhance the competitiveness. The first is consolidationthe theory about the competitiveness of enterprises and the professional at home andabroad. Then design the questionnaire,and inverstigate. Statistics the results found,bosses in the professional ethics and skills on a higher degree, the professional consciousness and standards on a relatively low degree. In view of this situation,put forward three suggestions: the boss play own role, improve occupationconsciousness, strengthening professional standard. This study contributes to theprivate enterprise moves toward the real occupation of roads, improve itscompetitiveness, and fill the domestic blank of the professional of the boss, notonly has the profound theory significance, has more realistic significance.
