Guizhou province as one of the underdeveloped provinces in western China, its unique climate characteristics provides favorable conditions for information industry development.For this reason, many Guizhou private-owned IT enterprises develops rapidly. So we should analyze Guizhou private-owned IT enterprises’ strengths and weaknesses of current competitiveness comprehensively and objectively.
