Since the reform and opening, the proportion of private economy in the nationaleconomy has gradually increasing, and the development of private enterprises has been moreattention. Nowadays, although the private economic development has made greatachievements, there are still some outstanding problems need to solve. At present, in theprocess of private enterprises becoming more and more mature, the drawbacks of traditionalmanagement model has gradually emerged, the most prominent problem is owners’ ability tomanage business can’t meet the needs of growing businesses, namely "management capabilitygap". What’s more, as the companies continue to grow, this gap will rapidly expanding.Therefore, the key of private enterprises larger, stronger and sustainable management isestablishing modern enterprise system, introducing professional management.The keys to private enterprises successfully introducing professional managers: First,Introduced; the second is the introduced professional managers could match with theenterprises. Therefore, on the basis of the literature, in the sample of177private enterprises inGuangdong province, this study start from businesses and professional managers two aspects,first used regression analysis to find the factors of private enterprises introducing professionalmanagers. Secondly, the study construct the matching model of professional managers andenterprises, and then examined work context, leader-members exchange and values fit how toaffect the satisfaction and turnover intention of professional managers, and examined theregulation of professional management will.Through data analysis showed that:(1) the main factors of affecting enterprisesintroducing professional managers are professional managers of professional ethics, subject tointernal work adjustment, professional managers have better knowledge management;(2) themain factors of affecting professional managers choose private enterprises are businessmanagers who care about the lives of the employer, the integrity of owners, the work carriedout with autonomy, all have positive influence;(3) working context, leader-membersexchange, values fit have a positive influence on job Satisfaction, has a reverse effect onturnover intention;(4) owners’ professional management willingness regulates the relationship between working context, leader-members exchange, values fit with jobsatisfaction;(5) owners’ professional management willingness regulates the relationshipbetween working context, leader-members exchange with turnover intention.Based on the results of the above mentioned analysis, implications and managementstrategies were provided for private enterprises’ human resource management. In the end, asummary to the full text was made.
