With the advent of economic globalization, the external environment of the enterprises has fundamentally changed. Competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly. Enterprises are in the new pattern of customer, competition and change. In this pattern, markets shift from a seller's market to a buyer's market. Technology update quickly. Product life has become shorter and shorter. The focus of competition has shifted to the organizational structure, operation mechanism, and other factors on the process. More and more enterprises realize that with the traditional pyramid structure and the complex business processes they can not meet the challenges of the future business. They should base on the process, break the pyramid-shaped structure, communicate the whole supply chain, and make the enterprises have stronger resilience and greater flexibility. So that, the enterprises can adapt to the high efficient and fast-paced situation. The new competitive advantages come from the process reengineering of improve customers'satisfaction. In this paper, with studying the success stories of domestic and oversea, we establish a process optimization model base on process reengineering theory and lean production theory to optimize X company's business. Firstly, to make sure what is the customer's core demand. Core demand means customer's real demand. It means not only the use of products, sometimes but also the psychological needs. Secondly, to describe the whole details of the current states'key processes by collecting large amounts of data. Thirdly, analyze the data by lean methods. Identify the waste and unbalanced parts of the whole process. Depend on the results, we reengineering the process and organizational structure. At last, verify the results and build the most appropriate business processes.
