Research. Work Embedded Perspective-based Sme Staff Turnover Intention

The enterprise managers and scholars has gradually focus on employee turnover. The traditional attitude models cannot explain turnover exactly. Job Embeddedness model is an new foreign theoretical model of employee turnover. Job Embeddedness including two sections, on-the-job embeddedness and off-the-job embeddedness,each of the section has three dimensions.So the job embeddedness can provide more information explained employees leave. This article choose the small and medium-sized enterprise employees as the research object.In this study will research job embeddedness's predict efficacy about turnover intention, and discuss which dimension can predict about turnover intention better than others. Consequently provide a theoretical basis and practial guidance for small and medium-sized enterprise of staff management.This paper test research hypothesis ues empirical research method and mature scale, data collection of small and medium-sized enterprise employees. Applied descriptive statistic analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis test the hypotheses.The research result showed:the three hypotheses have been test, there are job embeddedness influence greatly negative predict efficacy about turnover intention, on-the-job embeddedness and off-the-job embeddedness both have negative predict efficacy about turnover intention, on-the-job embeddedness predict efficacy about turnover intention better than off-the-job embeddedness. The two hypotheses have not been test of all, there are dimensions of job embeddedness can negative predict about turnover intention, job embeddedness and turnover intention are influenced by demographics variables.
