The competition of human resources is intensifying in today's labor market.The rate of high staff turnover has become an important problem in which troubled human resource practitioners and enterprise managers.Staff loss will increase in labor costs and damage other staff morale,even affect the development of the enterprise.In response to competition in the labor market,in addition to attract new staff,the more important thing is to retain senior employees.Based on the necessity and urgency of the needs of labor market,our study discussed the mechanism of action of how the key factors(job embeddedness,perceived organizational support and power distance)affect turnover intention,in order to provide a new inspiration and direction to reduce the turnover rate to keep employees.This research adopts the method of literature research.By studying the past research,the writer figured out the possible relationship between four variables: The turnover intention,job embeddedness,perceived organizational support and power distance.On this basis,the author put forward the corresponding assumptions.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the data of 789 subjects.The data were collected and analyzed.Results show that the job embeddedness,perceived organizational support,power distance,and turnover intention all presents different changes in gender,age,degree and whether local household-registration,especially the relationship between the variables show significant differences on the household register factors;Job embeddedness can significantly negative predict power distance and turnover intention and it can significantly positively predict perceived organizational support.The perceived organizational support can significantly negative predict turnover intention,and power distance could significantly positively predict turnover intention.By verifying the structural equation model,the job embeddedness can impact on turnover intention in both direct and indirect way;Verify the multiple mediating effect of perceived organizational support and power distance at the same time in job embeddedness affect turnover intention,only mediating effect of perceived organizational support show partial mediating effect.This study explained the psychological mechanism of job embeddedness affects the turnover intention from both theory and practice.Perceived organizational support and the power distance are verified in the mediation effect and the multiple mediation mechanism of the relationship between them.In addition,this study adds the factor of Chinese style household-registration in the analysis,contributing to the localization character to the research.This paper has carried on the quantitative analysis of the relationship between the variables.The research not only help us understand the turnover intention in-depth but also bring new path to cope with high turnover rate for the enterprise.
