The turnover of employee is a very important project related with human resource management, at the same time, it is the project many corporations pay attention to. This dissertation analyze the main factors and related questions which influece the turnover of employees in small and medium-sized private enterprises in GuiYang. The result of analysis will help the corporations find a way to mend shortcoming and improve the ability of competence.The dissertation has used the methods of selecting the samples at random and collected 158 samples that are available. The content includes the analysis of the reason which influenced the turnover intention of employees, the analysis of the vital statistics factors influencing the factors related to turnover, the analysis for the relationship between vital statistics and turnover intention and the analysis for the process of turnover intention. The research result has displayed that the four hypothesis, the vital statistics variable, the environment variable, personal character variable and organizational variable have influence to the turnover intention of employees. The vital statistics variable, environment variable and personal character variable have obviously influence. There are obvious difference between vital statistics and the reason that influenced the turnover of employees. There are the same conclusion between the vital statistics and the turnover intention. Organization commitment as the inter-variable has the effect on the turnover intention of employees partly.According to the data analysis conclusion, the dissertation offer the advise in eight aspects which include enterprise culture contraction, human resource planning, position analysis, recruitment, training and development, performance and salary, motivation, turnover of employee relations management.
