With the advent of knowledge economy,knowledge workers become the core of the enterprise knowledge capital,is an important object of enterprise management,the knowledge staff is the core competitiveness of enterprises,they have the inherent quality better,through their own creative work to bring greater benefits for the enterprise,and thus become the enterprise competing for resources.In this competition,the small and medium-sized private enterprises have obvious disadvantages,the knowledge employee in small and medium-sized private enterprises in China high turnover rate,bring great damage and harm to the enterprise,according to the knowledge staffs individual characteristics and needs,truly retain their hearts,so that they form a community and enterprises to help small and medium-sized private.Enterprises to deal with the cruel market competition,has become an urgent issue of small and medium sized private enterprisesThe paper explore the root causes of knowledge employees of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the loss,combed the basic theory of loss of knowledge workers,through literature research and theoretical research methods combined with each other,the definition of knowledge employee category,employee turnover model related concepts,summarizes the great harm of knowledge workers the loss brings to the enterprise.The logarithm of ten knowledge employees of small and medium-sized private enterprises to do surveys and interviews,questionnaire issued a total of 450 copies,387 copies of valid questionnaires,interviews with 47 people,through the induction and interviews the questionnaire collection,a comprehensive summary of the current characteristics of the knowledge workers in small and medium-sized private enterprises,and get knowledge small and medium-sized private enterprises with high employee turnover rate in the inside and outside reasons:social reasons,business reasons and their own reasons.Finally,through the analysis of the demand characteristics and motivational factors of knowledge workers in medium small private enterprises,design strategies to leave a comprehensive set of knowledge workers,salary and welfare,promotion of growth,from several aspects of incentive mechanism,enterprise culture,constantly improve and upgrade,strengthen the management of knowledge workers in small and medium sized private enterprises fundamentally,so to prevent the loss of a large number of knowledge workers,knowledge workers and small and medium-sized enterprises to form a community of small and medium-sized private enterprises,enhance human capital competitiveness,in order to give help and guidance to the knowledge management of small and medium-sized private enterprises and employees,from the perspective of human resources development and management also has a positive theoretical research value.
