The Analysis Of Shanxi Entrepreneurial Environment

A Good Entrepreneurial environment plays a noticeable role in promoting the developingof regional economic and social development. This paper's purpose is planning to analysis theimpact factors of the entrepreneurial environment of shanxi province as an empirical researchand also to explore the localization method for the Entrepreneurial environment researching.In theoretical research, In referencing the previous studies, this paper fully integrated thereal of the shanxi province, reconfigured the Shanxi entrepreneurial environment evaluationindex system on the basis of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor model, and creativelyintroduce the AHP into entrepreneurial environment evaluation, then we could get theoreticalsupport on how to improve the entrepreneurial environment largest with limited resource underthe resource constraints circumstances.In empirical research, in order to research the Shanxi entrepreneurial environmentmore better, this paper designed a questionnaire according to the Shanxi entrepreneurialenvironment evaluation index system, and carry out a research for 73 Enterprises and 20individuals that distribute in seven prefecture-level city of the shanxi province, get a lot ofbasic data about the shanxi province.From the research found that the shanxi province is good on infrastructure, stability ofpolicy and policy preferential, etc, but have a big shortage on such as policy implement,financing, intermediary services, education and training, These factors severely hampered theentrepreneurial environment. The results calculated by AHP show that, the front seven factorswhich Constrained the entrepreneurial environment largest are Government support availability,financing conditions, knowledge transformation efficiency, policy stability, the efficiency ofthe Government work, talent and industry collaboration conditions. Therefore, when improvingthe Shanxi entrepreneurial environment, first should proceed from these aspects, so as toachieve with fewer resources to the entrepreneurial environment to win the greatest degree ofimprovement.
