Knowledge Management is of great significance for modern manufacturing enterprises'long-term development. Whether it is technology development, equipment maintenance, or service, online monitoring, all of them eager for knowledge management during the process of manufacturing. The competition between manufacturers has been transformed into knowledge competition. The companies have already entered the knowledge era. In order to keep their competitive edge, manufacturing companies should strengthen knowledge management competence.According to the characteristics and development trends of modern manufacturing in the rapidly-changing external environment, this essay discusses the knowledge management situation of the H Company and builds up a knowledge management system for it basing on the theory of knowledge management by using the literature and case studies.The essay designs the knowledge management system for the company combined with its actual situation. Firstly, it analyses the KM status of H Company and identifies the problems. Part Two is the adjustment of the business strategy and strategic positioning of the target analysis. It determines H's KM objectives according to the company's strategic objectives. The company's KM model is encoding of the network model with a combination of personification. On the basis of it, the overall framework of the KM design consists of three levels: the support layer, the process layer and the shape layer. Then according to the general framework of KM, the following part studies the support system program from the technical, cultural, and organizational aspects to create the overall knowledge management program with technology, organization management and humanities measures. The essay also designs the process level and core program level starting from the point of the business line to solve practical problems and to carry out a specific evaluation and summary:the knowledge management process assessment uses the analytic hierarchy evaluation system for mathematical modeling, combined with the qualitative indicators (expert scoring system) quantitative indicators (fuzzy membership function method) to determine the weight of evaluation index, and finally it calculates the average of the comprehensive assessment and the corresponding level. Papers provide reference for the view of modern manufacturing knowledge management framework by designing the KM system of H Company.
