Research On Resource Scheduling Management Of Program In MTO Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises

MTO (Make-to-order) Mechanical Manufacturing Enterprises are typically project-oriented enterprises. When multi-orders are producing at the same time, Enterprises have to meet the requirement of the multiple projects with facing limited resources. So using scientific mode of project management is the inevitable development trend of industry. In a sense, project management is a process of resource management. Program resource management of MTO enterprises become a key issue.Resource scheduling of program in MTO mechanical manufacturing enterprise is studied. It has been researched on the methods of resource scheduling plan, the methods of resource scheduling. At first, by analyzing the present situation of resource scheduling in MTO enterprises, this thesis proposed the problems which existing in the current resource scheduling management. Then by setting up a project priority evaluation system, determined the priorities of the project. This thesis established the mathematical model of program resource scheduling, and used algorithms to solve the model. And using example demonstrated the feasibility of methods and model. With analyzing the features of MTO enterprise, resource scheduling control of project was done. Determined the control key nodes By designing organizational structure and establishing resource information platform, it put forward the method of resource scheduling control.
