The Research On The Knowledge Management Of Manufacturing Enterprises In Agile Process

Agile manufacturing is called the 21st manufacturing mode and agile enterprise is regarded as the organization mode which can quickly respond to the fast-changing markets. The manufacturing industry is the base of national economy and the sources of property. To develop current enterprises to agile enterprises is a future direction. With the coming of knowledge based economy, how to use and manage knowledge becomes especially important and knowledge management becomes a major management mode. In the practice of management process, managers are gradually realizing that traditional managing methods will no longer be able to solve new problems facing enterprises, thus knowledge management is used to support agile enterprises. However, the knowledge management of agile enterprises encompasses knowledge collecting, storage, usage and innovation, and it should also deal with the question of cooperation and sharing with partners, so it is necessary to develop a knowledge management system to replace human hands.At present because of absence of the support of information technology, research on knowledge management is as deep as needed. The knowledge management system is not suitable to agile enterprises. So the research on the knowledge management system for agile enterprises has both theoretical value as well as practical meaning.The paper firstly summarize the related theory on agile manufacturing and knowledge management and the background of related research, analyses some problems in the knowledge management process of agile enterprises. According to agile enterprises theory and knowledge management theory, the paper elaborates the core meaning of agile enterprise knowledge management. After referring to the classical knowledge management theory, the paper analyses the necessity and the approach of it. It also tells the concrete content of knowledge management from collect, share and innovation. Based on this, the paper develops a knowledge management system and framework, and uses some method to appraise it. In the end, this paper select company A as an example to do research on the knowledge management system, give some introduction of domestic companies in developing knowledge management systems and bring about some solutions, through all above, this paper provides some reference for the enterprises agile process of our country. Agile is an tendency which can not be denied and how to make a enterprise switch to an agile enterprise is critical to manufacturing industry. Due to the limit of related theory and lack in practical practice, the knowledge management framework is to some extend not perfect, we still have to do further research in this area.
