A Study To The Construction Of Employee Knowledge Sharing Platform Of Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises

With the development of integration of the global economy and technology, the human society has already entered into the era of knowledge economy. And as the variation of social and economical models, and advance of technology, especially the iformation technology, automobile manufacturing enterprises encounter radical different environment of production, such as the concerntration of producing technology, and convergency of knowledge, the knowledge level and innovation capability has become the core ability of competittion, at the same time, employees'knowledge sharing has turn into the key factor to promote the corporation's innovation ability. Knowledge is the combination of hardware resources (such as human resources, financial resources and material resources) and soft resources (such as information, time and technology). Based on this, this thesis studies the construction of employee knowledge sharing platform to automobile manufacturing enterprises.The main work of the thesis can be summarized as follows:(1) The thesis presents a start-of-the-art of the literature home and abroad from the perspective of corresponding concept, process and methods, knowledge sharing platform and knowledge pushing. At the meantime, the related concept of knowledge management and the technical guarantee of the implementation of knowledge sharing system is around the consideration.(2) The thesis establishes the knowledge system of automobile manufacturing enterprises, and presents the conceptual model and process model of knowledge sharing platform to automobile manufacturing enterprises, then, presents the matching algorithms of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge in knowledge pushing process.(3) According to the presented conceptual model and process model of employees' knowledge sharing to automobile manufacturing enterprises, the thesis gives the construction principle, general design, then detailed design to the knowledge sharing platform. Finally, the system is implemented with the prototype method.(4) The thesis emphasizes to explain how to guarantee the employees'knowledge sharing in automobile manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of corporation culture, knowledge sharing performance assessment and encouraging mechanism.
