Project Management Of The Construction Of Electric Power Enterprises Based Erp Environment Optimization Studies

In order to meet the requirements of the new competitive environment and to improve their competitive strength, more and more enterprises have set up the information management platform represented by the Enterprise Resource Planning(hereinafter referred to as'ERP') system so as to enhance the comprehensive management level and to promote changes for corporate management. The implementation of ERP system is a sophisticated systematic engineering work. It covers the major business processes of the whole supply chain and its application will definitely have impact on the majority of the departments and staff.What it can bring will not only be the changes on the management platform and how people work but will also lead to the restructuring of organizational structure, the adjustment on human resource allocation and the business processes. It is a significant opportunity for corporate management changes.Recently, the Electric Power Enterprise of JiangSu Province has fully implemented ERP system. As the organization to manage and implement Jiangsu electric construction project, the Electric Power Enterprise of JiangSu Province will comprehensively administrate the electric construction project by using PS module based on the ERP environment. This paper introduces the basic concept, developing process and managing theory and model of ERP as well as SAP system in details. What's more, it analyses the application of PS module and the optimization of management stream of Jiangsu electric construction projects. From the practical working experience and through the application of ERP system in Jiangsu electric enterprises, the paper forwards problems existing in the management of Jiangsu electric projects and proposes advices and solutions. It will be beneficial to improve the managing level of Jiangsu electric projects and optimize the operating process of project management.
