Study On Performance Management Of Project Managers In Electric Power Construction Enterprises

The electric power construction enterprise project managers are fully responsible for the construction process as entrusted by the enterprise legal representative,who play important rolls in the whole construction activities.It is of great significance to study the performance management of the electric power construction project managers.This article designs the performance management process appropriate to the electric power construction enterprise project managers,based on the analysis to the performance management features of the project managers;makes the performance plan and competence plan according to the job analysis and competence analysis of the project managers;emphasizes the continuous communications and key behavior records during the implementation of the performance; designs the evaluation method and builds the performance evaluation model;elaborates that the performance and competence of the project managers can be enhanced by feedback interviews and performance improvement plans.And finally,the actual instance is adopted to prove the guiding significance of this article.
