The Study On Electric Enterprises Two-dimensional Performance Management System Of Administration And Supervision Authorities

Under the pressure of external competition,electric enterprises are required to raise the management standard through the construction of performance appraising system imminently.One the other hand,there are essential relations between development of electric enterprises and administration and supervision authorities' quality.In this article,the actuality and causation of the nowadays electric enterprises performance management will be analyzed firstly.The author constructs a Two-dimensional Performance Management System of administration and supervision authorities,which is Appraising System Model that is for teamwork and Administration and Supervision authorities' Competency Model.Through the Two-dimensional Performance Management System,the author constructs a matrix of performance and quality appraising result.Based on the analyses of appraising result of administration and supervision authorities,the paper explains the application of the Two-dimensional Performance Management System,including employee recruit,staffs training,performance management and salary management.
