Lean production management is a new managing module focusing on eliminating waste and continuous improvement, which enable enterprise gain cost and operational efficiency improvement with lower cost. Lean production management is famous both for its popular adaption and complicated implementation. During actual implementation, different enterprise not only has to follow the core target(lower waste, fast response to demand), but also has to integrate theories and methods of lead production into enterprise practice, so that the implementation can be really settled down in enterprise.This article makes use of some basic Lean production theories and methods, basing on Beghelli China Co.,Ltd's actual situation to find out the existing managing problems in Beghelli China's Scene management, production set up time, internal production logistic, product quality, inventory controlling, etc. Then with deeper analysis by way of flow checking, case study, cause-result study, to design and implement according improvement solutions for improving company's 6S managing, improve product once qualified rate, smooth production logistic as well as reducing inventory level. With these actual improvement action, Beghelli China Co.,Ltd's productivities were increased, production waste and stock level were reduced, which make a good foundation for further implementation of lean production management. |
