Lean production management is a new managing module focusing on eliminating waste and continuous improvement, which enable enterprise gain cost and operational efficiency improvement with lower cost. With these actual improvement action, Beghelli China Co.,Ltd's productivities were increased, production waste and stock level were reduced, which make a good foundation for further implementation of lean production management.
