Research On Motivation Mechanism For Technology Enterprises' Independent Innovation In Late-Developing Regions

Since the 21st century, the development of technology enterprises has been the focus of governments and the theoretical area. In the late-developing regions, such as the central and western regions, technology enterprises' independent innovation capacity urgently need to be improved. Therefore, the research on technology enterprises innovation power of late-developing areas is of great practical significance. Firstly, the innovation mechanism theory at home and abroad is reviewed and summarized, which provides a theoretical basis for the study. Secondly, after making the definition of motivation mechanism for technology enterprises independent innovation, a framework has been constructed on the motivation mechanism for technology enterprises independent innovation of late-developing areas:the main body of independent innovation, the driving elements of independent innovation, enterprise reactive behavior and mechanism operation system. According to the aspects of main body of independent innovation, the author makes study on innovation environment of technology enterprise in late-developing regions, and deems that the development path of technology enterprises' independent innovation followes three models in three stages:primary stage, the intermediate stage and advanced stage, corresponding to the digestion and absorption innovation model, integrated innovation model and the original model. On the basis of analysis of outside and inside driving elements of independent innovation of technology enterprises in the late-developing areas, and the enterprises reactive behavior, the author probes into structure of the mechanism through external dimensions, internal dimensions, and business decision-making dimension. Finally, the author takes Guangxi province for example, and analyzes the motivation mechanism of technological enterprises independent innovation, approaching to the protection of intellectual property rights, the markets, property rights issues, the author proposes management approach and specific countermeasures. It will have highly important practical value for GUANGXI technology enterprises innovative capacity development.
