Research In Motivation System For Enterprises' Technological Independent Innovation In China

It is necessary for China to adjust its goal from a big manufacturing country which attracts foreign investors to a competitive manufacturing country which have its own manufacturing enterprises by technology innovation. The change from "Made in China" to "Made by China" contributes to the acceleration of transformation from Planned Economy to Market Economy, from rough growth to refined growth of China's economy, and the promotion of the competitiveness of "Made by China" products. Independent Innovation is accentuated and enhanced as a strategic plan in China's 11th 5-year Development Plan. The research in enterprises' independent innovation can be concluded in two aspects: Innovation motivation and Innovation ability.
