| The era of knowledge economy,innovation capacity has gradually replac ed traditional factors of production to become the most important competit ive,independent innovation capacity is the most important indicators for me asuring an enterprise.software industry is knowledge-intensive,the indepen dent innovation capacity is more important than any other industry.Differen t to other industry,if a software enterprise do not own intellectual property r ights,simply by virtue of some low-end manufacturing,surviving is simply a fairy tale,and vicious competition is fatal for the software industry.Therefore,software enterprises in our province should actively carry out independent innovation,But the situation shows that the independent innovation capacity is weak.according to the theory of independent innovation,the capacity of independent innovation is endogenous and need to continue to accumulate,it shows that our software enterprises are lack of independent innovation behaviour.Indeed,our innovative environment is worse than western developed countries,but in recent years,Zhejiang Province,the software's policy is one of the strongest one in our country, government vigorously encourage and support the development of the software industry,which is an opportunity for independent innovation of software enterprises.Therefore,the fundamental reason why software enterprises are lack of independent innovation capacity in our province is lack of motivation.However,the changing technologies and market demand will greatly increase the innovation motivation of enterprise software,so the reason why the weakless of our province's independent innovation capacity is defective of independent innovation transmission mechanism.Based on this analysis,this paper with respect to Zhejiang province's s oftware enterprises,through exploring intermediary role of independent inn ovation capacity transmission factors between independent innovation moti vation and independent innovation capacity to establish the transmission m echanism of independent innovation motivation to capacity.In order to verify the transmission mechanism of independent innovati on motivation to capacity,this paper start with analyzing independent innov ation motivation and independent innovation capacityin theory,this article t hrough a lot of reading and found that independent innovation capacity tran smission factors has correlation between them,this article assume that ind ependent innovation capacity transmission factors as an intermediary role between independent innovation motivation and independent innovation ca pacity,then,we use quantitative research methods to verify.In this paper, we randomly issue questionnaires in Zhejiang province's software enterpris es,a total of 102 valid questionnaires are recovered,use correlation analysi s,regression analysis and path analysis methods to analys statistical data,re suits show that:Independent innovation motivation and independent innova tion capacity transmission factors is positive correlated;innovation capacity and independent innovation capacity transmission factors is positive correl ated;Independent innovation capacity transmission factors as an in termedi ary role between independent innovation motivation and independent innov vation capacity. |
