Study On The Impact Mechanism Of Chinese Enterprises' Independent Innovation Capability Based On Technology Habitual Domain

On the global innovation competition, this thesis implements the research on domestic enterprises' independent innovation ability focusing on the technology habitual domains. This thesis aims to provide the scientific and effective theory instruction and methods for improving our domestic enterprises' ability of independent innovation with a brand new perspective. On the enterprises' micro levels study the impacts mechanism of technology habitual domains to our enterprises' independent innovation capability based on the technology habitual domains with qualitative and quantitative research methods from the inner, combining the theory analysis with the practical cases research. This research is organized as follow:Firstly, analyzing the challenges occurring during the process of the internationalization for the enterprise, global innovation competition and domestic independent brand new strategies etc, we set forth our research aim, and we introduce the research methods applied on this thesis, explaining our research signification on the topic.Secondly, reviewing the technology innovation classic theories and the related domestic and abroad research on the independent innovation, we introduce the technology habitual domains; reviewing the related works from the domestic and the abroad, we find that those research seldom involves in the factors on the ability of independent innovation on a micro level, especially the discussion on the impact mechanism for the ability of independent innovation under the theory of enterprise habitual domains, which leaves a search room for this thesis. So, the basic concepts of the independent innovation and independent innovation ability are defined on the analysis of the technology habitual domains, we analyze the basic features of the independent innovation, provided a base for the continued research.Thirdly, through the case study method, we discuss the factors of the ability of independent innovation based on the technique habitual in our enterprises as a construction research mold base. Taking Nanrui Jibao from Nanrui group and Haier Refrigerator as the examples, the samples of our independent innovation, we analyze companies' independent innovation practice. Our case study shows that, with the constant development and evolvement in the technique habitual, the company has formed and improved the ability of independent innovation.Fourthly, according to the four latitudes including the interactive ability, valid fusion-structure ability, internal and external stress structure on the environment, information resource ability, we set forth the concept mold and theory hypothesis on the technology habitual domains to the company's independent innovation ability. This mold is composed of the company's technology habitual domains influence on the independent innovation ability and the relation between the independent innovation ability with the innovation achievements.Fifthly, according to the research hypothesis, we design related questionnaire and select research targets, setting up the structure equation model based on the technology habitual domains on the impacts mechanism of the company's independent innovation ability. We apply the quantitative analysis and process the questionnaire data through the combination SPSS with SEM, validating the former mold and the hypothesis; the demonstration of the thesis indicate that, the interactive ability, the valid fusion-structure ability, internal and external stress structure on the environment and the information resource ability have the direct positive infection with the company's independent innovation ability, furthermore, the indirect positive infection occurs on the innovation performance. The valid Fusion-structure ability, the internal and external stress structure on the environment, the information resource ability has the direct positive infection on the innovation performance, and every latitude is correlativity.Sixthly, According to the research on the independent innovation ability with a technology habitual domains perspective, with the background of the global innovation competition, not only the self technology habitual domains should be managed well, but also the suitable technology habitual domains should be applied to improve company's independent innovation ability if the company aims to become a constant leader on the related industry. In the end, this thesis suggests that, the companies should take the initiative to improve the technology habitual domains, make the inner environment habitual domains of the company to evolve together with the technology habitual domains, utilize the global innovation network expansion habitual domains of enterprise to strengthen our company's independent innovation ability.
