The efficiency of logistics management is not only a big problem but also an important key to the success of a foreign company with middle business scale, who wish to develop in China. SOCOMEC China is a such kind of company, who is developing his business very fast in China Market. Whereas, during his development, the problem caused by logistics including low level stock and unprofessional management for 3PL, blocked his speed of growing. As the marketing strategy of SOCOMEC Group transferred to ASIA Pacific Area, the management has already been aware of the weakness of logistics of SOCOMEC China, which need to be solved promptly.This article starts from actual and present facts of SOCOMEC China, analyzed the key problem of company's logistic management firstly, and then proposed how to use the management measure like VMI;JIT;Six Sigma; KPI to solve those problem. Hopefully, this thesis can give some reference or idea to the similar company as SOCOMEC. |
