Lead-acid storage Battery industry in China has stable industrial function with complete products manufacture, professional production skill. As competition and needs changing, logistics cost and logistics management level take big ratio to influence completion power of lead-acid battery product, which have become main factors for competition.National lead-acid storage battery companies take disadvantages of Limited size, irregular locations, high logistics cost, difficulty of products recycle and low ratio of products recycle. They have big difference comparing with modern companies in developed countries. In the same time, management level is very low, complete logistics management and logistics creation. As big picture of mild & green economy in the world, Chinese lead-acid storage battery companies exigently need to down low logistics cost and to improve logistics management level, so that they could match market requirement, advance capability of survival and status of competition in the international environment.The thesis research end to end logistics management model for lead-acid storage battery company, improve company’s logistics management level and cost effective control via realizing end to end logistics management. Main contents including:find characteristics of lead-acid storage battery via analysis to production logistics, transportation logistics, warehousing and recycle logistics; then go further, find difficulties of update logistics management via analysis to business environment, risk control of logistics and update consigning third-party logistics, finally, get way to settle the difficulties. Realizing end to end logistics management is right way to run; based on the thought, design solution of end to end logistics management for lead-acid storage battery. The solution could realize cost saving and promote capability of competition for products.
