China tire industry experienced rapid development in the last 15 years,but structural overcapacity also existed for years.Homogenized product,serious convergence,low added value,disorderly competition led sales revenue decreased sharply and impacted companies' sustainable development as well.In recent years,companies started to think about” cost,quality and efficiency”,which are the key elements of supply chain management.To differentiate each company's competition advantages,the nature is to compete each other's supply chain.As the key part of supply chain management,logistics management indubitably became the most important part of this competition.Taking GY company as research objective,we firstly investigated its logistics situation and identified the problems they faced currently.By using advanced theoretic of supply chain management,logistics management,CPFR and BPR,we proposed corrective action plans accordingly.That is to set up right logistics management concept,to finetune current process and to build customer-oriented logistics networks.And then,a set of sustainable logistics model which matched times development will be built up to maximize customers' satisfaction.At last,we proposed guarantee instruction for these improvement plans as well,that is to improve the enterprise management system,strengthen human resource management,build enterprise culture and perfect information system.Through above improvement plans,we are expecting customer satisfaction of GY company gets improved,delivery lead time gets shortened and company's strategy development gets supported.Also,other supply chain departments and companies can be improved through learning from GY's corrective practice.
