Green Engineering Project Management Application

The article has a discussion on strengthening project management in engineering design process through the analysis of organization schedule, quality control managem- ent and cost control of project management in engineering design. The paper also prop- oses some suggestions of enhancing project management.After introducing the project concept, project management, construction procedure and design procedure, the paper analyzes the project organization, project quality contr- ol, cost control, progress control and so on in JW company. The path of improving proj- ect management is also discussed.In summary, this paper combines the basic theories of management and marketing to draw into the concept of green engineering and changes traditional design project lagging thinking. It deeply analyzes and study the design project management system, and tries to find the marketing disciplines and the art of designment in the business.
