With gradual popularization of construction project management gradually in construction corporations, the importance of project cost management was perceived by people accordingly. And it becomes main marks and indispensable contents of constructions project management developing into deep arrangement ,becomes the core contents of the later and pay more and more important position..This paper discusses. and studies the cost management system of construction project from theoretical studies and practical summaries, meanwhile according to Nord center's successfully utilization of project cost management, it is applied to construction project cost management system to Shenzhen branch of CRCP. And it is divided 4 portions: firstly, raises the purpose and background of the study and describes the study status quo of overseas and domestic; secondly elaborates the concept and contents of cost management of construction project , and analyzes the principles and control methods of cost management in theory; thirdly, make a brief introduction of Chinese railway construction group and give a basic diagnoses of their cost management; lastly, designes one cost management system according to CRCP's actualities and applied it into Shenzhen Nord Center's construction process, Systematically organizes knowledge into applicable way. In the end, the paper summarizes the total analysis of cost management of construction project.
