The Zhengdong Building Project Cost Management And Its Implications

This article discusses and analyzes the cost management condition in Zhengdong Mansion project, trying to discover the existing problems and possible reasons with the intension to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for future work.The main contents are: a brief introduction to the cost management of the project in question ; analyses of it; the analysis of existing problems in this area from the angle of: project design, project change, project quality cost, etc.; the possible reasons lying in the lack of innovation of the cost management technology, inadequate economic analysis in engineering design, the lax control in project change and the loose control over construction process cost, etc. From; the idea of establishing the cost management system by organizing consummation cost management; to carry out the quota design on the basis of the utilization value, etc.This paper is characterized mainly by the comprehensive summary of the problems in project cost management of Zhengdong Mansion project and the use of economic analysis and dynamic control, etc.Taking Zhengdong Mansion project as an example, this article discusses the universal problems existing in the cost management of projects and puts forward some new ideas and thoughts as in the area of strengthening project organization management, carrying out quota design, etc.
