Abstract/Summary:
Along with the arrival and development of knowledge-based economy, the importance of human resource is demonstrated. As an important measure of elevating the human capital stock, the business thinks highly of staff training more and more. But the traditional staff training was hard to adapt to the various businesses, and lead to the bad effectiveness. So, at the same time, the scholars start to study the new training methods and models.Competency model is one of important measures of human testing, which developed and consummated through a long time, it can work out all the qualities of an employee, and then applies to the other modules of human resource management, so the staff training based-on competency born. It is a challenge that how to apply the competency model to the staff training effectively for both scholars and businesses.Among all the staff, the grass-root staff is a huge and assignable. As data display, there are many problems in the grass-root staff training, including the input insufficiency, the simple-form, not assessment and so on. As the direct creator of enterprise value, it becomes a hot topic of theory horizon and practice horizon, which how to improve the grass-root staff's qualities as well as to the businesses'competitiveness.To sum up, this paper chose the grass-root staff as the research object, and combined the onion competency model with the training theory to design the questionnaire, gathered the data to analyze influencing factors of grass-root staff training system and the extent of each factor to the training effectiveness, thus, I can supply the relevant suggestion for designing the grass-root staff training system based-on onion competency model.This paper summarized the relevant researches of training and competency model, then did a questionnaire survey to the grass-root staff training system, and then analyzed the data by the SPSS, aim to find out the relationship between the demand analysis, content design, project implement, effect assessment and the training final effect, thereby, structure a grass-root staff training system based-on the onion competency model which is suit for our business.
